Next Day or Named Day Delivery

Available for an additional £4.99 (weekdays) or £6.99 (weekends).

Place your order by 5 PM for next working day delivery.

Delivered via tracked 24-hour/next-day courier service.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver across most of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: IV, AB, HS, FK, KW, PA, PH, IM, JE, GY, ZE, TR21-25, and BF1.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return a living plant, please contact us within 30 days at hello@plants-express.com or via live chat (when available).
Kindly include a photo of the faulty or damaged plant to help us process your return swiftly.
Non-living items can also be returned for a full refund within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original, resaleable condition.
